Justin is the sole shareholder and principal attorney with Lowenthal APC, which serves clients in a variety of business and real estate legal matters throughout Davis, Yolo County and the Greater Sacramento Area. Justin also manages and oversees real estate agents and transactions as the Managing Broker with Lowenthal Realty Co., a full-service real estate brokerage in Davis. A native “Davisite,” Justin grew up in Davis and resides there with his family. He has been a practicing attorney, real estate broker, and business broker in Davis for the last decade. His professional experience, combined with insight gained as a small business owner and real estate investor, has given Justin and his clients a unique edge in countless successful deals, investments, and dispute resolutions. Recently, Justin has expanded his practice to include mediation, neutral evaluation and litigation-alternative services with a focus on commercial conflict resolution. As a mediator, Justin aims to bring his successful transactional strategies to the table and help parties in dispute resolve their conflict as an alternative to litigation.
