Lowenthal APC is a Davis real estate law firm dedicated to serving the business-driven legal needs of its clients. For that reason, we, as attorneys, represent commercial tenants exclusively, except for the rare situation that warrants our representation of a residential tenant. That allows us to maintain a dedicated property management practice, providing for outside general counsel and litigation defense. Our real estate attorneys routinely work with our clients on shopping center leases, commercial and office leases, ground leases, reciprocal easements, tenant disputes, emotional service animal issues, habitability concerns, and liability-risk management. We do not, however, provide unlawful detainer (eviction) services, which we frequently refer out.
