Marysia Okreglak, Of Counsel with Lowenthal since 2018, has two decades of experience as an attorney.

Marysia has litigated hundreds of cases throughout California in both state and federal courts.  Marysia joins Lowenthal after moving from the Bay Area in 2008 and settling in the Davis area.  She has initiated and defended complex lawsuits involving multiple parties in commercial matters, construction defect, product liability, personal injury and wrongful death, premises liability, insurance coverage, and employment litigation.  Marysia’s experience includes representing individuals, contractors and corporations in mediations, arbitrations and trials in both Northern and Southern California.

Marysia received her J.D. from the University of San Diego Law School in 1998, and was an Associate Editor of the USD Law Review. Prior to receiving her law degree, Marysia graduated from the University of San Francisco, cum laude, with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Economics and English.  Prior to joining Lowenthal APC in 2018, Marysia worked with small to mid-size law firms litigating cases throughout California.  Marysia is committed to community service, working with the Schwartz-Levi Inn of Court and other organizations to volunteer and give back to the community.  Marysia is raising two young boys who attend Davis schools.
